THE CORE 4 CHALLENGE

The goal is to “Hit my 4- before I go out the door - to go to war”

We want to weaponize our mind, body and spirit so we are empowered to make the impossible possible on a daily basis.

The 4 categories are

  1. BODY
  2. BEING
  3. BUSINESS
  4. BALANCE
You get 1/2 point for completing each action item

BODY
  • 1/2 point earned for MOVING-  walk, bike, run, train, surf, etc. You can’t keep pace if you are out of shape
  • 1/2 point earned for FUEL- one green smoothy every morning. You can’t perform at your peak state if you are full of sh…
BEING
  • 1/2 point for MEDITATION- religion has nothing to do with this. Take 15-20 minutes to quiet your mind to let that still small voice in your head speak to you. I use an app called Holosync.
  • 1/2 point for MEMOIRS- This is where you write down the revelations that came to you while you were being still
BUSINESS
  • 1/2 point for DISCOVERY- Read or listen to an audiobook, a video from the IMC Success Library or anything else that will help become the person you need to become in order to reach your goals.  Max time 15 minutes but you can stop as soon as you have an AHA moment.
  • 1/2 point for DECLARING- share your AHA moment with someone else to pay it forward
BALANCE
  • 1/2 point for a DEPOSIT TO YOU SPOUSE- each morning you will text him or her to tell them why you love, honor or appreciate them. This is tough I know! Just trust me and do it.
  • 1/2 point to DEPOSIT TO YOUR CHILDREN- each morning text your kids and tell them why you love them , why you’re produce of them , etc. Condition them to do the same someday for their kids.


I cannot stress enough how important it is to have your head, your heart and your spirit straight before you go into battle. Get yourself right and everything else will fall into place.
