- 7 minutes- dynamic warmup
- 10 minutes- Self defense
- 10 minutes- Pad work
- 10 minutes- Forms on A Days/ Sparring or sparring drills on B Days
- 5 minutes- Mat Chat and Announcements
Adults
- 3 minutes- lineup and pre-frame the class on what will be covered

- 10-12 minutes- Self defense
- 20 minutes- Pad work

- Make sure you have proper partner match ups – Sparring the same person is OK
- Stress proper stance and footwork
- Always connect the dots between sparring and self-defense
